What is POG Juice?
If you’ve ever dined at any restaurant at the Polynesian Resort, Topolino’s Terrace, Makahiki at Aulani or even on the Disney Cruise Line, then you’ll know that POG is pretty much Disney’s version of the nectar of the gods. It sometimes has different names, but it always consists of the same three delicious ingredients.
Passionfruit, Orange and Guava
Made with Passionfruit Juice, Orange Juice and Guava Nectar, we cannot get enough of this mix and would actually be willing to skip a meal to fill up on this heavenly concoction. Since I think it’s pretty clear what ingredients you’ll need for these popsicles, let’s go over a few tips!
Disney Jungle Juice Recipe
Disney’s Jungle Juice, also known as POG Juice Disney pulls out all the stops when it comes to this bright combination of lovely tropical juices into a refreshing drink perfect for any hot afternoon, brunch, or afternoon treat! While you can find POG in loads of places at Walt Disney World we like that this Disney Jungle Juice Recipe is easy enough to make at home for any time you need it! Whether ready to be transported to the islands, or just Walt Disney World, here is Disney’s POG Juice Recipe.

Also sometimes known as the the Stitch Juice Recipe, since this drink is also found at the Lilo and Stitch Best Friends Breakfast, this Disney Jungle Juice recipe is easy to make. And while these juices may not be the easiest to find, if you head to Amazon you can typically find them at specialty retailers, including Whole Foods, and through any Ceres retailer. Note, that any brand will do. Grab the POG Juice Ingredients on Amazon for ease.
POG Juice Ingredients
- 1 c. Passionfruit Juice
- 1 c. Orange Juice
- 1 c. Guava Nectar or Guava Juice
POG Juice Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, in equal parts
Popsicle Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into Popsicle molds
- Freeze 6-8 hours, or until frozen
You can make however big a batch of POG juice you like. All Juices are equal parts 1:1:1. As such, you can simply pour 1/3 c. each if you’re aiming for a 8oz serving, or a large cup serving of each if you’re serving two. Better still, you can add a half container to each for a full pitcher, to serve 8. Be careful with adding ice, as you don’t want to dilute the juice too much. If you will be using ice, you can make ice from the juices in an ice cube tray first and add them to the drink in equal parts.

POG Popsicles
Popsicles generally are pretty easy to make, just grab a Popsicle Mold. But if you find yourself running into issues, never fear; there’s usually a way to fix whatever you’re dealing with. If your popsicles have issues with freezing properly, be sure that you’re keeping the freezer door shut at all times once they go into the freezer. Opening and closing the freezer when you’re trying to freeze popsicles can change the temperature of the popsicle and either create ice crystals or make them freeze unevenly.
Speaking of ice crystals, there are a few other ways to avoid them if you have this issue when creating your POG popsicles. You can add a small bit of gelatin or corn syrup to the juice before pouring it into popsicle molds. Alternatively you can partially freeze the juice and the mold separately before pouring it into the mold, and this will help you avoid ice crystals.

POG Mimosas
And if you’re yearning for a little more elegance in your POG juice, why not add some champagne to it! As part of many of the champagne flights at Disney World, you can often find a POG variation. Even the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge has a POG cocktail on the menu. To make the POG mimosa, simply mis the juices and add some champagne.
POG with Rum
Or if you’re honoring your inner Pirates of the Caribbean, you can add some rum to your POG juice. This really kicks it up several notches. And much like the Dole Whip Hard Cider, at Animal Kingdom Park, you can also find a POG with Rum at several places at DAK. so delicious!!!
