We are lucky enough to say that we have officially sailed on all four current Disney Cruise Line ships! The Disney Fantasy took the last spot on our list and she did not disappoint. We always love a good photo tour of these ships, so here is out photo tour of the Disney Fantasy!
Disney Cruise Line Disney Fantasy Photo Tour
The Disney Fantasy is one of the larger ships currently in Disney Cruise Line’s fleet and is the sister ship to the Disney Dream. They do have some similarities, such as similar deck plans and similar restaurants; but they are each unique in design and style! The Disney Fantasy is known for its grand aesthetic with its Art Nouveau style. The atrium decor is modeled after a peacock, which can be noticed in both the carpeting and chandelier. The Disney Fantasy is truly a work of art to behold. Let’s take a look, shall we?
Disney Fantasy Atrium
The Disney Fantasy atrium is the focal point of design on this ship. It’s also the first look that guests will get on their cruise, and oh boy does she make an excellent first impression!
Disney Fantasy Restaurants
The Disney Fantasy has three main restaurants and two adult only restaurants. We didn’t take advantage of either of the adult only restaurants, Remy and Palo, because my daughter is not yet 18 and I didn’t want to dine without her. But we did eat in the rotational dining restaurant assigned to us each night. These include Royal Court, Enchanted Garden and Animator’s Palate.
Disney Fantasy Staterooms
We were very lucky to be able to stay in a verandah room, on the 9th deck. This was our first time staying in a verandah room and we loved being able to enjoy it. Here’s what our stateroom looked like!
Disney Fantasy Bars and Lounges
If you love lounges, the Disney Fantasy does not disappoint. There is an entire section of bars and lounges on deck 4 known as Europa. Europa is themed to represent countries in Europe. It’s a really cute little setup that makes it easy to find most lounges, which are not only bars but also are where a lot of the activities like trivia and craft making happen.
Upper Deck on the Disney Fantasy
The Upper Deck is where much of the action takes place onboard the Disney Fantasy! And where many people spend a majority of their vacation. The Disney Fantasy has several pools, a water play area, the Aquaduck, quick service restaurants, adult only areas and Funnel vision on the upper deck. So there’s always a lot going on!
Other Spaces on the Disney Fantasy
There are so many other spaces on the Disney Fantasy to be shared. With shops, theaters, cafes and more, there is so much to see and do. The Disney Fantasy is a big ship, so be sure to take time to explore it!
We hope this photo tour has given you an idea of the beauty that can be found on the Disney Fantasy! Have you sailed with Disney Cruise Line? Do you have a favorite ship? We’d love to know which you like best!
