Epcot Food and Wine Festival Gluten Free 2024 Menus

Epcot Food and Wine Festival Gluten Free 2024 Menus

Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival has begun and we are loving all the amazing new foods! Unfortunately, if you’re gluten-free, you know that sometimes these types of festivals can be a little challenging. One thing we love about Walt Disney World is that they really do try to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. So we are happy to report that there are SO MANY Epcot Food and Wine Festival Gluten Free Foods. Here’s the lineup.

Gluten-Free Foods at Walt Disney World

Over the last several years, Walt Disney World has stepped up its efforts to provide both plant-based and gluten-free foods across the parks and resorts. There is, however, one thing to always be aware of if you’re gluten-free at Disney World.  Ask a Cast Member. When in doubt, double-check that what you’re being served doesn’t have gluten. This goes for restaurants, snacks, and any snack items that are not marked gluten-free. All Festival Items, including drinks, will be marked gluten-free if they are so. But again, double-check if you’re unsure.
