Three Bridges Bar and Grill Review Disney’s Coronado Springs

Coronado Springs has really stepped up their game over the last few years. With the addition of Gran Destino Tower, the resort got much-needed updates throughout. And has consistently impressed us with its dining options. Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa Del Lago is a fan favorite here and for good reason. Read on for our full review of Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Coronado Springs.

Coronado Springs Resort

Coronado Springs Resort

Coronado Springs Resort is a moderate resort at Walt Disney World. It’s often overlooked by many due to its reputation for having big conferences. And although they do tend to host plenty of business events throughout the year, don’t let that scare you! This resort is perfectly family-friendly and has great restaurants and amenities.  It can be a little bit of a pain to get to if you just want to visit. But a bus ride from any of the Parks will take you there. It’s closest to Hollywood Studios. So, if you’re not staying there and want to enjoy what the resort has to offer, it’s easy to plan that as part of your Hollywood Studios day

You can also uber or drive there. But just be aware that Disney has become increasingly strict with allowing guests to park at their resorts. Depending on who is working the gate, they may require that you have a dining reservation.

Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Coronado Springs

Three Bridges Bar and Grill is an open-air restaurant. It sits over the water and has great views of Coronado Springs Resort. They serve appetizers, drinks, and Spanish-American cuisine. It’s a great spot to relax after a long day.  They are only open for dinner, and the time varies each night, with the opening between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm. You can check the My Disney Experience for the exact hours on the day you want to visit.  They are known for their Sangria Flight, but they have plenty of other fun drinks, including a few non-alcoholic ones.

Three Bridges Bar and Grill’s atmosphere

The atmosphere at Three Bridges Bar and Grill is relaxed and casual. The restaurant overlooks the lake at Coronado Springs, and guests dining here can also enjoy the view of Gran Destino Tower.  If you’re here late enough, you can sometimes even see the fireworks from this spot! We love this as a chill spot to end your busy day.

Food at Three Bridges Bar and Grill

Three Bridges Bar and Grill has some pretty great food. While they are generally known for their Harissa Lamb Chops, they also have arguably one of the best burgers on the property. Steakhouse 71 has a little bit of an edge in the burger department in our opinion, but this one is a close second. You can also get the Pan Con Tomate here, which is one of our favorite appetizers also found at Toledo. The house-made guacamole is plenty for a few people to share. And while we don’t tend to love the churros found in the theme parks, the ones served here are pretty amazing. Crispy and sweet, these are the perfect way to end your meal.

Aside from the food, Three Bridges also has a wonderful drink selection. As mentioned before, people love the sangria flight. It’s one of their most popular items on the menu! But if sangria isn’t your thing, that’s ok! They’ve got plenty of other choices.

Cost of Three Bridges Bar and Grill

Three Bridges Bar and Grill is a moderately priced restaurant, with prices ranging from $10-$25.  Add in desserts and drinks and you could easily spend over $100 for two people. But it’s also easy to create a pretty budget-friendly meal here as well. Appetizers are big enough to share. And portion sizes are pretty good for what you get.  Overall, we thought the prices were really reasonable. Especially when taking into consideration the quality of the food, which is pretty good!

Do you need a reservation for Three Bridges Bar and Grill?

Nope! They actually don’t accept reservations. Three Bridges Bar and Grill use a walk-up list for busier times. You can either join the walk-up list via the My Disney Experience App or go to the hostess and have your name added to it in person. If you plan to arrive right when they open, you usually don’t have to worry about a wait. But during the prime dinner times, from around 6:00 pm-7:30 pm, and on the weekends, you can expect wait times to be up to an hour or sometimes more. Whenever we’ve gone, the wait time has been between 30-45 minutes. So you have time to explore the resort, play some lawn games, relax on the hammocks, or check out Barcelona Lounge or Dahlia Lounge for before-dinner drinks.

You can check the wait times in the My Disney Experience, or just ask the cast member at the entrance for an estimated wait time.

Is Three Bridges Bar and Grill good for kids?

Yes! Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa Del Lago has a kid’s menu with appetizers, entrees, and sides. And the atmosphere is relaxed enough that you won’t feel out of place with little ones.

Overall, Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago is a top pick for us when it comes to resort restaurants. The food quality is good, the atmosphere is relaxed. Service can be a bit slow. But it’s not that big of a deal if you’re there to have a relaxing meal. We love the open-air concept. And we think it may be one the best values you can find when compared to portion size and quality. It’s quite the hidden gem really!

Three Bridges Bar and Grill is a great choice if you have the time, and don’t mind going a little out of the way. We love that you don’t need a reservation, don’t have to fight the crowds to get to it, and love that you can actually relax during your meal. This one should definitely be added to your Disney dining rotation list. Especially if you prefer eating outside of the Parks.
