Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a deluxe resort, located in the Animal Kingdom area.
The resort is made up of two separate buildings, Jambo House and Kidani Village. Jambo House is larger and more grand, while Kidani Village is smaller and is home to DVC rooms only.
Animal Kingdom Lodge is home to several fan favorite restaurants, like Sanaa and Boma, as well as their quick service The Mara. They also have a variety of lounges, perfect for a day of relaxing at your resort.
Animal Kingdom Lodge is a little more secluded than other Walt Disney World resorts. But is only a 5-minute bus ride to Animal Kingdom, making it the perfect place to stay for Animal Kingdom fans.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and airy, and all have balconies. Guests can choose from a standard view, or a view of the Savannah to see the animals roaming right from their room.
