Is there anywhere I can see the ingredients in the foods served. I do have Tree nut allergies so I do lots of research before I order or eat anything.
Author
Hey Ruth, Disney can make accommodations for allergies at regular restaurants when you inform your server, as you’ll note here: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/special-dietary-requests/ but for Festival foods, there are so many dishes being made in small spaces, that you will probably have to ask this question at each booth you visit or let them know you have a nut allergy. That said, in the festival guide, and on this blog as soon as the menus post, the main ingredients in each dish are listed. But we’d recommend reaching out to Disney at this email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com regarding certain booths or festivals you hope to visit to get a clearer picture of what they can accommodate. Hope this helps!
