By now you should know we love Disney Cruise Line! We had the privilege of sailing on the Disney Dream during a Very Merrytime sailing; so she was all decked out for the holidays! We love a good photo tour, so we decided to share a photo tour of the Disney Dream. Here is our Disney Dream Cruise Photo Tour!
Disney Dream Cruise Photo Tour
Whether you’re sailing on a specialty cruise or not, there are a few things to know about the Disney Dream. The Disney Dream is one of the larger ships, along with the Disney Fantasy. It has a beautiful chandelier as you enter that is truly the centerpiece of the grand lobby. And during the boarding process, they announce your family as you board. It’s really like the royal treatment!
Disney Dream Very Merrytime Cruise
Since we sailed the Disney Dream during the Very Merrytime, all of these photos feature the beauty of Christmas decor on a Disney Cruise Line ship! If you’ve ever been interested in sailing on a Very Merrytime cruise, we have all the info in this post here.
It really is the most magical time of year on a Disney Cruise ship and we highly recommend it if you get the chance! But for now, just sit back and enjoy this photo tour of the Disney Dream!
Disney Dream Atrium
The Disney Dream has a beautiful atrium, complete with a grand chandelier. Many of the events onboard take place within the atrium, so it’s a great place to get acquainted with if you’re sailing the Disney Dream! It was also the most decorated space on the Very Merrytime Cruise.
Disney Dream Restaurants
The Disney Dream is home to Enchanted Garden, Royal Palace, Cabanas and Animator’s Palate. There are other quick serve food options onboard, many of which are located at the upper deck! To find out more about dining on the Disney Wish, see this post here.
Disney Dream Staterooms
The staterooms on the Disney Dream are pretty standard staterooms for a Disney Cruise. We chose the optional seasonal bedding to make the room more festive; but that is additional cost so just be aware of that! We always try to get a room with a porthole and we love being able to see the ocean from our room.
Disney Dream Upper Deck
The Upper deck is where you’ll find the Sail Awave Party, the Aqua Duck, the movie screen, drink refill station, pools and so much more. We spent a lot of time in this area and most families do! It’s a great place to play or relax!
Other Public Spaces on the Disney Dream
There are so many beautiful spaces on the Disney Dream and here are just a few of them! From lounges to seating areas to a theatre and a fabulous coffee bar, there is no shortage of lovely places onboard the Disney Dream.
So there you have it: Our photo tour of the Disney Dream! You can find out more about the Disney Dream on the Disney Cruise Line site. We will continue to update this post as we get more photos and get back to cruising. In the meantime, we hope this post brought a little magic to your day! Have you been on a Disney Cruise? Which ship is your favorite?
