Ahhhh, you know summer has arrived when the Flavors of Florida at Disney Springs event has arrived. Filled with orange and key lime flavors, these new treats can be found at more than 40 restaurants across Disney Springs. But this summer festival at Disney Springs only happens between July 1- August 11, 2024, so grab these treats while you can. We’re only giving you the true snacks at Disney Springs here, that you can grab and go. This layered dessert features vanilla chiffon, passion fruit curd, guava jam, vanilla Chantilly cream and an edible tropical flower. Topped with a tropical flower and mint! Inspired by Timon’s iconic hula outfit from The Lion King film.
Rafiki’s Squash Banana Shake | Tiffin’s Restaurant
This sweet shake combines squash bananas, baobab fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom. Filled to the brim, the spices here really give it a bit of a complexity kick! Topped with a little Simba design.

This key lime pie is a lime custard in a cookie tart, decorated with cream, and the perfect combination of sweet and tart, combining great flavors, in a must-have treat. Surprisingly delicious!

And since these flavors change out all the time, there’s always something new to try. Pepperoni Pizza and Cheeseburger were seen most recently at this stand.

Found in the Germany area in World Showcase, this pretzel bread pudding is covered in caramel and sweet icing and makes the perfect cozy treat, you would expect to find in Germany.

This is fantastic and is a Danish Brioche pastry waffle, covered in whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate drizzle.
Half Note Float | Fife & Drum World Showcase America
This Soulful float includes Fanta Strawberry, Minute Maid Lemonade, Fanta Blue Raspberry Slushy, and vanilla ice cream, and is named in honor of the jazz club frequented by Joe Gardner in Disney and Pixar’s “Soul.”

We always love seeing a good snack come to Animal Kingdom. These chicken dumplings are delicious, and crunchy, and can be enjoyed with a beautiful view of the Tree of Life. Found at Mr. Kamal’s in Asia, we love these chicken dumplings as a not-so-sweet snack for those mid-day hunger strikes.

We are always on the hunt for more snacks you can get outside of the Parks, so we will definitely keep these updated as snacks at Disney Resorts start arriving. You can usually find the best snacks at Disney Resort at the Disney Resort Quick Service Restaurants, so always be on the lookout.

Disney Springs is by far the testing ground for many Disney snacks! And if they didn’t evolve into full-blown meals we’d have more on this list! So far we’re hoping to find more than just multicolored churros this year.
Original Chocolate Chip Cookie at Gideon’s Bakehouse | Disney Springs
The newest Disney Snack darling to show up at Walt Disney World sells cookies. GIANT cookies in fact. And while there are loads of flavors in the half pound cookie market at Gideons Bakehouse, the original chocolate chip is all you need. But beware, you’re only allowed 6 cookies per person.
Sprinkles Cupcakes at Sprinkles Disney Springs
Okay. So we’re not limiting this to just one Sprinkles Cupcake. Mainly because they have SO MANY, but also because the seasonal flavors are usually just as good as the regular flavors. Plus you can buy your Sprinkles Cupcake from the Cupcake ATM out front. ATM? Yes, you read that right. Simply place your order at the ATM machine right outside Sprinkles and wait a minute while your cupcake is delivered to you through the slot. Easy Peasy!
Dole Whip Nachos at Marketplace Snacks Disney Springs
A twist on our favorite snack at Disney, this dish combines waffle nachos with dole whip, whipped cream, and sprinkles! What’s not to like. Extra sharable, this Disney Snack is a favorite and can be found at Marketplace Snacks across from the World of Disney shop.
Giant Pink Donut at Joffrey’s Coffee Carts
This extremely large donut at Walt Disney World can be found at almost any Joffrey’s Coffee Cart at Disney World. It’s a yeast donut, covered in pink icing and sprinkles, and such a classic Disney treat that it rightly deserves a place on our Best Snacks at Disney list. What’s more, is this treat has a bit of a cult following! Be sure to find the closest Instagram Wall of Disney and snap a pic!

Hey there! Many of them do end up being snack credit eligible, but it’s really on an individual basis, as not all of them are included. So for a lot of them, yes they will be! Just look for the DDP symbol next to the item on the menu 🙂

Hey Carol! Your best bet is to ask cast members if a snack has soy in it or not. They usually are aware of what ingredients that are common sensitivities are in snacks. If you’re dining in a restaurant, it’s a bit easier because you can usually speak with the chef, but snacks are a little trickier.

Yes we’ve actually tried quite a few(for research of course) and we are big fans of the Hei Hei cone or any variation using raspberry dole whip! The Adventure is Out There cone is also quite good if you like mango. The Nom Nom cookie in Hollywood Studios is a favorite of ours too and is great for sharing although with the temps being as high as they’ve been, it might be a little heavy for a summer day. If you like Key Lime, the Key Lime pop in that same area is a nice treat for when its hotter. For a savory treat, we are big fans of the spring rolls in Adventureland and have yet to find a flavor we haven’t liked! We can’t wait to get back to try more of these new treats as it seems they’re adding new ones all the time!

It’s from Forever 21. I don’t think they still have it, but they often have some pretty cute Mickey things!

Hey Stephanie, that is the Kakigori you can find at the Kabuki Cafe in EPCOT World Showcase Japan. But you can also grab it at the little snack kiosk stand right outside the Japan area too.
