Walt Disney World Resort Gift Shops: You can find the Dooney and Bourke Disney bags at some of the moderate and most of the deluxe Disney resorts. We like the gift shops at any of the monorail resorts near Magic Kingdom for the most variety.

The Dooney and Bourke Disney collections like to match up the hype with a Disney festival, movie, or event. And while it may seem like the only Dooney and Bourke Disney bag you see is the Mickey Sketch pattern, you can count on seeing about 20 new designs every year!
January-February| Marathon, RunDisney, and Festival of the Arts Bags
Early in the year we can usually see several designs released. A special Dooney and Bourke bag in honor of RunDisney and the Princess Half Marathon in February. Both runDisney Princess and Disney Marathon bags are available, usually in different designs, and like all DB bags, are only available for a limited time or at a giant markup on ebay.
March-May| Flower and Garden Festival Bags and Spring Summer Event Bags
Shop Disney.com adds a Springtime bag to the Dooney and Bourke Collection routinely every year. And while the shopDisney bags are not the same ones found in the Disney Parks, they are no less amazing. We also see a new bag as early as February for the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. At least 3 new designs are set to arrive in Disney Park stores.
Summer | Disney Dooney and Bourke Attractions and Movie Bags
Dooney and Bourke Disney Purses are sometimes released with a party. Previous years have unveiled New Dooney and Bourke Disney Bags at Disney Springs in special unveiling parties. Additionally, Disney Annual pass holders usually get an email about the event, but readers of the Disney Parks blog also get the news a few days prior. Otherwise, you should be following all things Disney on Twitter. As you’ll see the information on special events breaks first on social media.
August| Disney Bags honoring Fall Disney Movie Releases
In the early Fall months, Dooney and Bourke play catch up and release bags that coordinate with film releases. However, you can also find classic patterns they couldn’t release earlier as well. An example from a previous year is that DB released three new designs in August.
September-October | Food and Wine Festival Bags
Sometimes prior to September, the Disney Food and Wine Festival Dooney design is released. The Food and Wine Festival bags are sometimes about Mickey, Minnie, Figment or all of them. We can see as many 4 or 5 designs for the Food and Wine Festival. We also tend to see a new Disney Princess Dooney embracing all things pretty late September in Disney Parks.
November-December | Disney Dooney and Bourke Holiday Bags
If you’re looking for bags to celebrate the holidays, November and December bring holiday designs to the shops with 6 new designs. Previous years have included Princess Keys, Disney Cats, Retro Sticker Collage, Disney Villains, and WDW Toile Collections.
Holiday Designs: The first-ever Dooney and Bourke Disney Christmas Bag premiered Nov 11, 2016, and since it was so well received started a tradition currently in the making. Now happening annually, releases may once again happen at The Dress Shop on Cherry Tree Lane in Market Co-Op at Disney Springs, Orlando, FL. We see a first sneak peek each year of the designs during Walt Disney World’s Christmas in July events. The Dress Shop at Cherry Tree Lane in the Market Co-Op shop is found at the East Side of the Shopping center and is one of the best places to get Dooney and Bourke Disney Bags at Disney Springs.
