The Festival of Holidays is underway at Walt Disney World! And that means holiday coffees from Joffrey’s. Joffrey’s always has fun coffee drinks during the festivals at Epcot, and we love seeing what they come up with for each one. This year for the Festival of Holidays, Joffrey’s holiday drink is the Carolers’ Cold brew. So of course we had to make a copycat recipe! Read on for our Joffrey’s Carolers’ Cold Brew Copycat Recipe.
Joffrey’s Carolers’ Cold Brew at The Festival of Holidays
The Carolers’ Cold Brew features Joffrey’s French Roast Cold Brew with Brown Butter Toffee, Swiss Chocolate Syrup and Sweet Cream, topped with Whipped Cream and TWIX® bar pieces. This is available throughout Epcot at Joffrey’s locations. This holiday coffee is perfect for sipping around the world showcase while listening to festive music, watching the storytellers or trying out all the fun foods at the booths throughout the festival. Just look for the holiday coffee sign at each Joffrey’s location!
This holiday coffee at Walt Disney World is smooth, thanks to the cold brew, and not too sweet. We really enjoyed this one!
Joffrey’s Carolers’ Cold Brew Copycat recipe
We love copycat recipes. Especially when we can recreate fun coffee drinks at home! You can find other Joffrey’s copycat recipes here!
This Joffrey’s copycat recipe is pretty easy to make, especially since it’s a cold brew. You don’t really need any fancy equipment. And we love this cold brew that’s easy to get from Amazon. You can also find cold brew already made at the grocery store if you want this to be even easier! It’s the holidays and there’s no reason to make things more complicated than they need to be.
We also make our own brown butter toffee syrup, and we use this recipe for brown butter syrup. But you can definitely buy the one Joffrey’s uses. They use Monin, and you can find that here.
Ingredients for Joffrey’s Copycat Recipe
- Cold Brew – ready made or make your own
- Chocolate syrup
- Brown Butter Toffee syrup, or make your own with this recipe
- Sweet Cream – we like Chobani Sweet Cream
- Twix bars
- Whipped cream
Tips for making Joffrey’s copycat cold brew recipe
Most of the measurements on here aren’t going to be exact and there’s a reason for that. When you buy this coffee at Walt Disney World, you don’t really have much say in how it tastes. But when you make it at home, you can decide how sweet you like it or how creamy you want it to be! That’s the perk of being your own barista. So this recipe, although not exact, will hopefully guide you as far as ratios go, but feel free to mix it up.
One thing to remember about this holiday coffee recipe is that you’re adding the cream to cold brew, not espresso. So you don’t need as much cream as you would in say a latte. Generally, you’ll add a similar amount of cream as you would normally add to your morning coffee.
