Here is everything happening at Walt Disney World for New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2025, and New Year’s Day on January 1, 2026.

Since Disney World Tickets have variable rates, the New Years Eve Tickets at Walt Disney World are different across each park. 1 Day ticket prices range from $164.00 – $274.00/ticket (Ages 10+) for December 31, 2025 and January 1, 2026. Check Ticket Availability. 

New Year’s Hours in the Disney Parks

Heading to Walt Disney World for New Year’s Eve brings lots of special entertainment and crowds! As such be sure to check out all the activities, times, shows and parades in the My Disney Experience App! Here’s park hours and what’s happening in each park to ring in the New Year in 2026.

• Magic Kingdom Park: 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM
• EPCOT: 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM

New Years at Magic Kingdom

Heading to Magic Kingdom for the New Year means family-friendly events to keep the party going late into the night! Check out special DJ dance parties in Frontierland and Tomorrowland. And if you’re staying for the parades and fireworks, be sure to grab your viewing spot about 45- 60 minutes in advance.

Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks New Years at Magic Kingdom

This show is a fairytale fan’s dream come true! Featuring beautiful fireworks this show fills the night sky with colors. Offered both December 30th, and December 31st, you only get two chances to see this one! Showtimes: 6:30 PM, 11:50 PM

New Years Eve Celebration Dance Parties

Another fun way to ring in the year, is dancing the night away with DJ parties offered across the park. You can head to Cosmic Rays in Tomorrowland, or take to the streets in Frontierland. Or even head to the Cinderella Castle stage area for more musical fun. Dance parties are typically held between 7:00 PM and Midnight. 

New Years at Hollywood Studios

Open 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Looking for a little Star Wars, Toy Story, and Pixar fun? Head to Hollywood Studios for a midnight countdown and special entertainment featuring your favorite characters. Plan to head to the Chinese Theater for nighttime projections and more as festivities happen across the park.

New Years at Animal Kingdom

Open 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Celebrate the New Year at Animal Kingdom. With DJs to keep the night moving, you can find entertainment in Discovery Island, DinoLand U.S.A, and Asia. Plus, specialty snacks and foods are available for the festivities. And before the night ends be sure to head to the Tree of Life for the special countdown-to-midnight.

New Years Eve Celebration Dance Parties

Dancing the night away with DJ parties at Animal Kingdom, means you can find musical fun in Asia, Discovery Island and DinoLand USA. With a variety of music offered across the park, there is plenty of pop up fun to be had. Open just until 7:00 pm on New Years Eve, families with little ones will appreciate the chance to wrap up the night early, without the crazy crowds that are typical at Disney World for the holiday.

Disney’s Epcot highlights the Celebrations Around the World Showcase with the clock striking midnight in each pavilion, marked by colorful fireworks as each country rings in the New Year.

Celebrations Around the World Showcase

Dj’s and dance parties are all over the park on New Years Eve at Disney World. You can also enjoy Live Music at the America Gardens Theatre. Ringing in the New Year in each country’s pavilion throughout the night, listen for the announcements as you stroll around the park, celebrating New Years around the World Showcase. Be sure to stick around as Epcot rings in with a countdown and a special New Year’s Eve display. 

Live Music at American Gardens Theater

You can fand performers on stage at the America Gardens Theater at EPCOT as part of the festive fun. A great chance to sit down and listen to the music or enjoy the sounds from afar.

Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration

Promising a prosperous year in 2026, the New Years Eve Countdown at EPCOT Park typically happens on the facade of Spaceship Earth. With fireworks in the background, this is a spectacular way to bid farewell to 2025 and say hello to 2026.

• A 4-Course Meal: Savor event-exclusive dishes made from premium ingredients.
• Music: A live band will play smooth tunes to create a festive ambience for your elegant meal.

New Years Eve at Disney’s BoardWalk 

While the Disney BoardWalk doesn’t currently have any New Years Events posted, but in the past you could find Countdown to New Years events and dining specialties across the area. Atlantic City Dance Hall, Flying Fish, and Trattoria al Forno have all had special holiday offerings, so be sure to check it out if you’re headed to the BoardWalk area. 

New Years Eve Disney Dining and Restaurants

In addition to the California Grill event, and specialty menus at the Swan and Dolphin, you can also find holiday menus at a variety of restaurants across property. Whether it’s a champagne toast at Topolino’s or a specialty meal at Toledo’s, be sure to check out the specialty dishes at select restaurants offered through December 31, 2025.
