And frankly, they never disappoint! Getting the actual recipe from the actual chefs at Disneyland and Disney World is always a treat, literally. And with this lineup of Apple and Pumpkin Disney Desserts you can make at home, you’ll have goodies to bake all season.

Pumpkin-Filled Profiteroles with Warm Cranberry-Blueberry Sauce is favorite at Narcoossees at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. These cream puffs are filled with pumpkin cream and covered in cranberry-blueberry sauce. Perfect as a sweet breakfast or light dessert for the holidays.

Pumpkin Twists 

Pumpkin Twists from Maurice’s Treats at Disneyland Park. This classic treat is super easy to make and just uses frozen puff pastry and pumpkin puree mixed with sugar and spices. An awesome afternoon snack, though would also be great for a Halloween party! 

Club 33 Beignets Maple Glaze

If you’ve ever wondered what elevated experiences await at Club 33, then you’re about to find out! These fancy Pumpkin Beignets are from Club 33 in New Orleans Square, Disneyland. This recipe is about making a divine dough with pumpkin in the mix and a smooth warm glaze with maple syrup. A definite treat for any fall brunch. 

Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping

No fall recipe list would be complete without a muffin recipe for easy breakfasts. Every season you can usually find these Pumpkin Muffins at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. and now, thankfully, you can make them at home! We like these best as a way to have homemade muffin mix on hand. You can also freeze this batter and pull it out for cozy mornings!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Sunday mornings in the fall are perfect for Pumpkin Pancakes, and these ones from Kona Cafe at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort are super easy to make and another excellent batter to just have on hand! If you want to elevate these pancakes another notch you can top it with some warmed butter and maple syrup! 

Pumpkin Soup

If you have an immersion blender, grab some butternut squash and pumpkin puree to make this flavorful soup for fall. This Pumpkin Soup hails from Sunshine Seasons in The Land building at EPCOT, Walt Disney World, and it just feels like fall! With honey and curry powder you get sweet and spicy in this dish. 

Pumpkin Cheesecake

If you’re a cheesecake lover then this Pumpkin Cheesecake should be on your fall baking list. With ginger in the graham cracker crust and pumpkin in the cheesecake, you’re getting all the flavors. Grab this mini cheesecake pan with the removable bottoms so you can serve an individual one to each Halloween party guest.

While most pumpkin bar recipes add cream cheese, these Pumpkin Bars from Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, don’t have any. So the pumpkin flavor here is perfect, rich, and has a graham cracker crust. We did add some cinnamon cream to these, but they are perfectly flavorful on their own. 

Pumpkin Milkshake 

Perfect for an outdoor evening in the fall you can make this Pumpkin Milkshake from Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This recipe has whisky in it, requires an ice cream maker, and is absolutely worth the time! Make a big batch and store it for the season. 

Pumpkin Bread

The Pumpkin Bread from Goofy’s Kitchen at Disneyland Resort is a basic pumpkin bread recipe for the fall season. Easy to make and store for nibbling through the week. 

Pumpkin Mousse Trifle with Cranberries and Apricot-Orange Sauce

This luscious Pumpkin Mousse Trifle comes from the Food and Wine Festival in 2011, and does not disappoint if you’re looking for a show-stopping, but easy, dessert. We like this best as a Thanksgiving treat since it’s light and perfect after a heavy meal. 

Pumpkin Cranberry Scones with Maple Pastry Cream

Perfect for your next fall brunch or breakfast treat these Pumpkin Cranberry Scones with Maple Pastry Cream can sometimes be found at the Garden View Lounge at The Grand Floridian Resort and Villas. This is a great recipe to make ahead for any fall get-together. 

Pumpkin Creme Brulee

If you’re looking for something a little fancier, then try your hand at this Pumpkin Creme Brulee. If you’ve never made a Creme Brulee before know that it’s not difficult. While the crystalline sugar topping is best made with a culinary torch flame, browning in the overworks just as well. Happy baking!

And if you’re looking for a great topping you can add to your favorite scones, pumpkin pancakes, or toast, whip up a batch of Narcoossee’s Apple Butter. This is also a really great homemade gift!

Apple Crisp 

So, this Apple Crisp recipe from Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at the Disneyland Resort is pretty gourmet! Add a fancy manchego ice cream and this Apple Crisp becomes the perfect dessert to pair with champagne.
