If you have an immersion blender, grab some butternut squash and pumpkin puree to make this flavorful soup for fall. This Pumpkin Soup hails from Sunshine Seasons in The Land building at EPCOT, Walt Disney World, and it just feels like fall! With honey and curry powder you get sweet and spicy in this dish.

Pumpkin Milkshake 

Perfect for an outdoor evening in the fall you can make this Pumpkin Milkshake from Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. This recipe has whisky in it, requires an ice cream maker, and is absolutely worth the time! Make a big batch and store it for the season. It includes Vanilla gelato blended with pumpkin pie mix, caramel sauce, pumpkin spice, and graham cracker crumbles topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice. Just mix and enjoy! 

Pumpkin Creme Brulee

If you’re looking for something a little fancier, then try your hand at this Pumpkin Creme Brulee. If you’ve never made a Creme Brulee before know that it’s not difficult. While the crystalline sugar topping is best made with a culinary torch flame, browning in the overworks just as well. Happy baking!
