If you’re looking for something a little fancier, then try your hand at this Pumpkin Creme Brulee. If you’ve never made a Creme Brulee before know that it’s not difficult. While the crystalline sugar topping is best made with a culinary torch flame, browning in the overworks just as well. Happy baking!
