Dining at EPCOT
EPCOT is generally known for its food. Not specifically any food, just food in general. With festivals happening most of the year at Epcot now, it’s impossible to visit this Park without thinking about what to eat. Festival booths are great. But if you’re looking for a real meal, you might not be as familiar with what’s offered here. And what if you happen to be at Epcot during a time when there are no festivals? Never fear, we’ve asked our friends on Instagram to weigh in on their favorite quick service restaurants at Epcot to help you navigate dining here.
What is a Quick Service Restaurant at Walt Disney World?
A quick-service restaurant at Walt Disney World is a counter-service restaurant that gets you food quickly. No dining reservations are required. And they’re generally some of the most budget friendly options when it comes to food at Walt Disney World. While the food quality is generally a little bit lower than table service meals, if you’re traveling on a budget, or just don’t have the time for a full sit-down meal, quick-service restaurants are the way to go.
Best Quick Service Restaurants at EPCOT
We asked our friends on Instagram for their favorite quick-service restaurants at EPCOT to help us create this list. We hope this guide helps you find the best quick-service restaurant whether you’re eating around the World or exploring other areas of the Park.
La Cantina de San Angel
Have you ever walked by the Mexico Pavilion and noticed a very long line of people? That line is likely for La Cantina de San Angel. With dining on the water, this restaurant tends to be quite popular, especially at lunch time. With Mexican food quick service style, you can order traditional offerings like empanadas, tacos, nachos and guacamole. They also have margaritas and churros if you want to add something a little extra to your meal. A word of caution if you plan to eat here though. Seating is often pretty limited, especially during the day. So, either be prepared to slightly aggressively hunt down a table or try to plan your meal before or after traditional meal times.
The menu for La Cantina de San Angel can be found here.
Regal Eagle BBQ Smokehouse
Regal Eagle is a fairly new player in the quick service game. Being added in 2020 right before everything shut down, it never really got the chance to get hyped up. We love it though. Serving up barbeque dishes like pulled pork, burgers, ribs mac and cheese, coleslaw and barbeque jackfruit for plant-based guests, Regal Eagle has a lot to choose from, and at fairly reasonable prices. And if you love Banana Pudding, this is the place to get it! Is it as good as the one from Magnolia Bakery in New York City? Probably not, but it’s still a good contender. The real star of this restaurant though is the sauces! Mix and match your faves for no extra cost. And there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is a rare find in EPCOT sometimes!

Sunshine Seasons
Sunshine Seasons menu has changed throughout the years, but it always remains a steady staple. It also has plenty of inside seating, which is a huge plus with the weather at Disney. Their current meal schedule leaves a lot to be desired at dinner, but for lunch, you can expect to find a wide variety of items. Mostly everyone can find something they like here. Sunshine Seasons offers things like salmon, pizza rolls, stir fry and salads. And for picky eaters, mac and cheese is always available here. You can find this quick serve in The Land Pavilion at Epcot, on the lower floor.

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie
Located in France, this is one of our favorite quick service stops! And from the looks of the long line every time we are there, we would say that it’s a lot of other people’s as well. With freshly baked bread, quick sandwiches, and an amazing selection of pastries, we love this quick service for any meal. And don’t let the long lines scare you. They generally move faster than you think. Though their current online menu states they only serve lunch and dinner, they do serve breakfast as well. With basically the same items!
Check out the Les Halles Boulangerie Patissierie menu here.
Yorkshire County Fish Shop
Often raved about as a popular dining spot in Epcot, if you like Fish and Chips, aka French fries, then this is the place for you! It’s pretty much the only thing they serve, along with a couple of different beers. And it’s not a bad deal either. The portion size is pretty generous and the fish itself is great. Even my daughter who is fairly against seafood enjoys this meal. If battered fish isn’t quite your thing, feel free to skip this one, because it’s the only thing they serve! We recommend using mobile order here as the lines can get pretty long for this popular spot.
